Error when synching

I have been trying to sync my files to my web library because I need to move computers. At first I bought some new storage but every time I look it over, the storage is empty and the files are not accessible in the web library. I tried to log out of my account on my laptop and try synching the files once again, but then an error message popped up about group libraries. To my knowledge, I am not part of any and I'm just trying to synch my files and annotations to the web library. The amount of storage should not be a problem.
