Troubles inserting citiation in my google docs

I am having troubles with adding citation in docs.

I wasn't having any troubles for the first time but now I am.

My zotero is already updated, I have the article in my library

    Does it work if you copy the contents of the document and paste them into a new Google Doc?

    No it hasn't

    I even made a new copy and it still didn't work

    What happens if you select the full contents of the document, copy them, then paste into a new google document and attempt to insert a citation into that new document? Could you submit a Debug ID from Zotero for attempting to insert a citation into this new document?
