Word add in doesn´t work on company computer

Hi,
I am writing an internal master´s thesis with my company. However, the add in for word won´t work. I've set it up correctly, the files are where they should be, the add in is also displayed in words settings. I already talked to the IT Department, unfortunately, they couldn´t help get it running. I suppose it has something to do with macro settings, that I can´t change, due to company regulations. I have attached some screenshots.
Does anyone have an idea, how I can get this running ?
