Why isn't the field "publisher" displaying in journal article records

The list of fields for journal article records (right side of screen) does not seem to include a field for publisher. There is a column for the field in the list of references (center of screen). Is there a setting that I have to adjust to display in the field in the record? What am I overlooking?

The only way to add is is by using the extra field like so:
publisher: Name of Publisher

However, it's not included for this type as it's extremely uncommon to a) record this information and b) output it.
