Can't change citation style
I'm new to Zotero, as in just got it today, so it's fully updated. When I copy a citation, it comes out with the title of the text in all caps, even though I want it in Harvard style (should be the author's name and date). I am using the Windows 11 version.
I have tried changing the referencing style, but so far, I cannot see a way to confirm I have selected that specific referencing style; there is no 'ok' or 'apply' button for me. And despite clicking on the style, then closing the settings tabs, it still spits out the wrong reference.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this please? None of the help material seems to be relevant to my version so I don't even know where to start.

A citation style is set per document in the Document Preferences in Word/Libre office/GDocs in the Zotero tab.
Zotero's main settings have nothing to do with that.
