Zotero import annotations and convert colors

Big Zotero lover here!
I recently started annotating my PDFs on my Onyx Boox using the wonderful new Export PDF function on the Android app. However, one issue I've noticed is that the PDF annotations have a slightly more opaque color scheme than Zotero's own. Is there an option to easily convert the colors? Or would that maybe be possible in the future?
