McGill Guide - Not formatting book chapters correctly?
No matter what I do, Zotero pushes out a poorly-formatted citation with only the book chapter's author listed (not the book's editors) and a short form of the book title (which is incorrect).
E.g., Jeffrey A Frankel, “The Natural Resource Curse: A Survey of Diagnoses and Some Prescriptions” in Commod Price Volatility Incl Growth Low-Income Ctries (2012).
Instead of:
Jeffrey A Frankel, “The Natural Resource Curse: A Survey of Diagnoses and Some Prescriptions” in Rabah Arezki, Catherine A Pattillo, et al, eds, Commodity Price Volatility And Inclusive Growth In Low-Income Countries (2012).
I've tried including both the book and the book section as separate entries (they have different authors and the book section citation format only allows for one cohesive "set" of authors to be included rather than distinguishing between the author of the chapter vs the editors of the book). I can't get the entries to link together, however. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
When I look at the style on Zotero.org, however, I can see properly formatted citations for chapters in edited volumes.
I've been at this for hours. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check that you have the editors actually entered as editors.
This is what it needs to look like:

Linking a book and book chapter has nothing to do with that. It's purely about that one item and the correct metadata for said item.
