Setting up Linux on Chromebook to run Zotero program

Hi there! I'm experiencing some difficulties trying to download Zotero 7 for chrome. I read the instructions for setting up Linux to connect the application and the connector, I'm getting stuck at the step where I need to enter the command into Terminal.
