Zotero Not Inserting Citations

I just upgraded to version 7 and I'm a MacOS user (Sequoia 15.6, but I'm upgrading now to 15.7). Zotero will import new references, but when I go to add a new citation in Word, it won't add it and it also won't refresh the references. It says, "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?" I restarted both Word and Zotero after the v7 update, and then again a few times, and even switched computers (same platform). Does anyone have tips or advice on this?

    Make sure you're running Zotero 7.0.26. There was a brief problem in Zotero 7.0.25.

    If you're still having trouble, provide a Report ID.
