I'm encountering an issue with the Zotero Connector and would appreciate any assistance.
Problem Description:
When attempting to save items from CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) using the Zotero Connector, I am unable to save the full bibliographic information. Instead, it only saves a "Snapshot" of the webpage.
Concurrently, I've noticed an error message displayed on the "General" page of the Zotero Connector extension:
Zotero Connector is not currently authorized to save items to zotero.org.
Solutions Attempted:
I am using the latest versions of both Microsoft Edge browser and the Zotero desktop client.
I have also tried updating the translators by going to "Edit" -> "Preferences" -> "Advanced" -> "Files and Folders" -> "Update Translators" in the Zotero desktop client. However, this did not resolve the issue, and the problem persists.
My Questions:
Is the message "Zotero Connector is not currently authorized to save items to zotero.org." the root cause of my inability to properly save items from CNKI? How can I resolve this issue to allow the Zotero Connector to function correctly and save items to my Zotero library?
