Upgrade StorageRequest to add translator for Wellcome Open Research
Wellcome Open Research (https://wellcomeopenresearch.org/) is an "Open Research publishing platform that provides all Wellcome researchers with a place to rapidly publish any results." It assigns DOIs to articles. Currently, articles are captured as webpages instead of as journal articles.
