Adding reference information in Zotero 7

Hello,
I added a couple of PDFs to a Zotero folder for which the reference information does not prepopulate (as it usually does for articles), and I can't see in Zotero 7 where I can access the "Info" page on the right of the screen so that I can type it in myself. Can you help me locate the box that should allow me to manually enter reference information? Thanks!

You just need to create a parent item, one way or another:

This hasn't changed in Zotero 7.

I see that those instructions say that I can "click Manual Entry in the Create Parent Item window to enter metadata manually." Can you let me know where to find that button or option?

I only have a website, not one of those identifiers mentioned. I see no way to right click on the attachment item and get an option to add parent item.

Right, the point is that you right-click on the attachment item in the middle pane, select Create Parent Item in the menu, and then click Manual Entry instead of entering an identifier.
