Upgrade StorageZotero 7 Word Plugin NON RESPONSIVE
Hi all,
I am encountering the issue that on my Windows Laptop, the Word Plug-in is non responsive: If I click "add/edit citation", nothing happens.
i have tried to reinstall the plugin (with word closed), also tried to delete and reinstall the .dotm file. Even the IT Department of my company could not resolve the issue.
One thing that yould be important: It is a company laptop, so my user has no admin rights. Could this make any difference?

Specifically, make sure the Zotero tab disappears from Word when you delete the .dotm to be sure you're not running an outdated version.
If it reappears but still doesn't work after reinstalling, that would be some sort of restriction from your IT department, and they'd have to figure out how to allow the plugin's macros to run.
