Sources missing when inserting a footnote in word mac

Hi,

I am working on Word, totally updated, on a macpro, totally updated. When I try to insert a footnote in my word document, and I type the name of the source, the list of sources that appears for selection is crazy and has nothing to do with what I have typed. This happens whether I work with the document in onedrive, or downloaded to my mac. I am a long time user of Zotero and this has never happened to me before. I have reinstalled the add-in and done everyother advice/trouble shooting available out there on the net to no avail. Please, help!!!

Can you provide a screenshot?

Make sure you're clicking Add/Edit Citation and getting the red bar, not clicking Add Note and getting the yellow bar for inserting notes.
