PDF file access in Zotero groups

Hello,
I was recently added to a new group for an ongoing research project, but I am having trouble accessing the PDF files. How can I get the PDFs? How can other group members who are not the primary host of the added paper—meaning the person who did not download and save the paper to Zotero via their laptop—have access to the PDF attached?

I appreciate your help!

If the PDFs are available online, you'd be able to access them. If they're not, the owner of the group would need to see Files Not Syncing to debug this. (The owner of two of your groups is at their Zotero Storage quota, so additional files just aren't being uploaded.)

@dstillman, I received feedback from the group owner that we've reached our quota. What should we do? Extend the storage? If yes, how do we do that? Cost?
