Word don`t connect with Zotero

I am trying to add a citation to Word, but its not connecting with Zotero. The message "Word could not communicate with Zotero" comes up. Zotero is running so that is not the problem

You'll need to either fix whatever on your computer (usually security software) is preventing Zotero from updating the plugin or install it manually (and then update it manually every time something like this happens in the future).
