zotero wont cite after update

After updating my zotero, it wont cite into word. tried troubleshooting and uninstalling zotero but still same errors.

You'll need to say more. See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help. (You provided a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector, which has nothing to do with citing in Word.)

If you're getting an error trying to cite in a specific document but it's working in a new, empty document, follow the dialog to the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents page and follow those steps to the end.
