Duplicate tabs share saved scroll state

Open a PDF. Duplicate Tab. Scroll each tab to a different page. Close Zotero. Open Zotero. Now both tabs are viewing the same page.

It seems like the tabs are somehow sharing state about what page they're on.

I would like the two tabs to keep separate state.

For each file it seems there's a file .zotero-reader-state

% cat .zotero-reader-state
{"pageIndex":27,"scale":150,"top":701,"left":-139,"scrollMode":0,"spreadMode":0}


which represents only one reader position for the file rather than a list of them.
