Zotero 7 Problems (Mac - Sonoma)

I love Zotero! Unfortunately, Zotero 7 does not work with Mac (Sonoma OS). I can't get any of the browser extensions to work. I've enabled them, restarted, re-downloaded and then just gone back to my reliable Zotero 6.

Zotero 7 certainly works on Sonoma.

If you're ever having trouble with the Safari extension after an app update, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/safari_compatibility#extension_not_showing_up_save_button_missing_or_flickering

If you're having trouble with other extensions, you'll need to say more. See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help.

Thanks for your note.

When trying to add items to Zotero with Firefox, I perpetually get this error message (or something similar, depending on the site I'm using).

An error occurred saving with Amazon. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead.
An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.

The "Getting Help" section did not help.

Ah...I think I figured it out. To get the Firefox connector to work, one must download the connector with the Firefox browser.

Also, I got Safari to work after uninstalling and reinstalling a fourth time.

You likely just had an outdated version of the Firefox extension.
