Foums for citation rule questions/discussions?

This isn't directly related to Zotero, but can anyone tell me if there is a forum where I can ask questions or discuss the finer points of citation rules (I'm particularly interested in APA)?

Copyediting Reddit and I think there's a Stack site along those lines, too (I actually don't think we want to discuss style details beyond 'how do I do this in CSL/Zotero' here)
