Problem working with googledocs

Hello,
I get a repeated issue with google docs.
Every time I try to add a citation the screen freeze on the updating document page, and nothing happens. Sometimes, I first get - google docs authorization failure note, at other times the doc just freezes. The only way to go back to editing the doc is to quite zotero and refresh the page, I tried reseting my permissions. I tried clearing my history. I also completely uninstalled and re-installed zotero and my web browser (ARC).
The last time I sent an error report from the zotero-connector advance setting 1042340978.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When this occurs you should look through open Zotero windows and make sure that the citation dialog or some other integration window may be hiding under other windows. If there isn't a hiding window, you should submit a Debug ID from Zotero.

Do note that we do not officially support ARC, and the peculiarities of the browser may be what is causing this issue.

I have been having the same problem for a while, it has become impossible to work with Zotero in google docs, it freezes all the time (I am using Brave). My collaborator also gave up on this, too bad because it was working great for a while. I have the latest version of Zotero

Same as for the poster above, we may be able to help you, but you have to respond to my message about windows being hidden, and submit a Debug ID.
