Automatically updating PDF downloads

Hi,

I recently ran out of cloud storage on my Zotero account, so many items I added on my laptop were not synced to the cloud. I have now replaced the laptop, and I get the error 'the attached file could not be found' on my new laptop.

I have upgraded my Zotero account so now have space available, but no longer have access to the old laptop in order to sync that and upload the missing files.

Is there a way to get Zotero to automatically update all missing items without me having to redownload each one individually?

    If you delete the attachments with missing files (manually, with a search + Select All, or with a third-party plugin), you can then use right-click → Find Full Text. You'll need to run that from a computer with direct (e.g., on campus) or VPN-based access to the files.
