Upgrade StorageUnable to export PDF files

Hi, I am trying to export 222 items (with pdfs). I have completed the procedure: select all articles, export, EndNote XML format, include PDF, no annotation.
The export file is created on my computer/cloud, the XML file works, but the PDF folder shows the article folders but not the files themselves.
I completed the process with all files, and with a single file. I have waited 1 hour for upload. No files are showing in the export files (for either all files and the single file).
I have upgraded my storage capacity as well.
Can you help in exporting the PDFs?

Can you open all the files locally in Zotero before exporting? (In other words, it's not that you have Zotero set to download files "as needed" and just don't have the files locally?) And can you reproduce this with a single file after opening it locally?
If so, can you restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt for a single file that doesn't work?
