I am trying to import my Mendeley library into Zotero, and was unable to log in directly from Zotero. I read that because I have an institutional log in for Mendeley, I may need another personal Mendeley account to import. I then tried connecting my Mendeley personal account to my institutional Mendeley account using these steps https://service.elsevier.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/33535/supporthub/mendeley/p/16075/. But every time I try to sign in through my institution, I never receive the prompt to enter my personal email. So I keep going into my institutional mendeley without getting connected to my personal Mendeley. Does anybody know what to do in this situation?
