Sync Not available

Hi, I tried to sync my Zotero library in the desktop app but has not been working. I re-installed Zotero, logged in the account without problem, but library cannot sync.
I attached screenshots of: how it appears (loading items forever) and logged in account in "Zotero Preferences" -> "Sync". Thank you for your time and support!

    You're running a version of Zotero from November 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in years.
