red exclamation point sync error. tried resetting file sync history, rebooting, all the recommended steps. still not working. mac sync correctly, win 11 does not. all apps, os up to date

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that triggers this?

    Do you have a file in the above folder open outside of Zotero?
