word使用zotero引用文献时跳转到桌面应该怎么办

word全屏打开时，点击zotero的引用文献，引用框直接跳转到桌面，无法在word界面显示，请问这个问题出在哪里了？

    Make sure the document preferences or citation dialog isn't just appearing behind your other windows. That's the most likely thing here.

    If you're sure it's not that, we would want a Debug ID for reproducing this after restarting Zotero.
