File not opening on iOS device

Hi, the files I have saved in my Zotero storage on my desktop are not opening on my iOS or web version even though I have plenty of storage, sync is enabled, etc. My debug ID is D1574532104. The web url is: https://www.zotero.org/kcoble/collections/9YXVA2K5/items/FBC7QD92/collection. What can I do to resolve this?

Your debug output doesn't show a sync attempt.

I have sync enabled/checked on my device. How would I show that on a debug output? Sorry, I'm trying to follow the directions here but it's not clear to me how I should do a sync attempt: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing

You just have to follow the step for when the file hasn't been uploaded.

I have done the Reset File Sync and opened the file locally.

You have to actually sync while it's logging. Click the Sync button in the toolbar.

You should also update to Zotero 7 via Help → Check for Updates. Hard to say why some of your files hadn't uploaded automatically, but Zotero 7 includes a few file-sync fixes.
