Not populating from ISBN # or Amazon URL

This has worked recently but today it stopped working. Why?

    We'd want an example ISBN and a Debug ID for an Add Item by Identifier attempt that fails.

    Hello - I have been using ISBN numbers from Amazon. All the books are either with the big five or published through Ingraham.

    The first day I used Zotero it worked find. Now it doesn't.

    All ISBN works for me. You really need to provide the Debug ID asked by dstillman. (Follow the link for the procedure.)
