Crashing after Ctrl + A + f9

My word document crashed after I tried to refresh the whole document by doing Ctrl + Alt + f9. When I openned it again, my text document was empty and when I did alt + f9, it re appeared but the whole 60 pages were between {{{ my text document }}}. When I did alt + f9 it disappeared again.

Please can someone help me to solve this issue, I already tried Microsoft help support but it re-directed me toward Zotero help center.
