Zotero tab not appearing in Word for Mac (Zotero.dotm loaded, Word 16.100.1)

Hi,
I’m having trouble getting the Zotero Word plugin to show up on my Mac.
macOS: 15.4.1
Word: Microsoft 365 for Mac, Version 16.100.1 (university license)
Zotero: 7.0.24
What I’ve tried so far:
The file Zotero.dotm is located in
/Users/[name]/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content.localized/Startup.localized/Word/.
In Word → Tools → Templates and Add-ins, Zotero.dotm is checked and loaded.
Macro settings allow macros.
I reinstalled the Word add-in multiple times via Zotero Preferences.
Still, the Zotero tab does not appear in the Word ribbon (neither as a separate tab nor under Add-ins).
Has anyone else encountered this with the latest Office for Mac update (16.100.1)?
Is there a workaround or fix available?

    If you delete Zotero.dotm from the Startup folder and restart Word, does Zotero.dotm disappear from Templates and Add-ins?

    When I remove Zotero.dotm from the Startup/Word folder and restart Word, it disappears from Templates and Add-ins.
    I then reinstalled/downloaded it again, but now it’s also not showing up anymore under Templates and Add-ins.
