Upgrade StorageUser Help to find OpenURL resolvers
The OpenURL preference in the Zotero settings should have a link pointing to the page http://www.zotero.org/support/openurl_resolvers in the wiki to help people a. find open url resolvers, and b. improve people's awareness of this page so they can add their institutions openurl resolver.

A number of openURL resolvers are not indexed in the integrated look up service available from Zotero settings, but are listed on the page http://www.zotero.org/support/openurl_resolvers.
