Text selection and highlights not displayed at high zoom level

The text selection and highlights are not visible at high zoom levels.
Tested on the same PDF as in this report: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/125995/blur-pdf-content-at-high-zoom-level
But I also observe the problem on other PDF files.
