Upgrade StorageCannot move note to the bin in beta 8
1. In the right pane, Notes icon > Add Item Note
2. Type anything and exit the note
3. Right click on the newly created note > Move to Bin
4. The note is not moved to the bin
Side note: there is no pop-up when hovering the note icon to the right. Other pop-ups (Info, Abstract,...) works fine.
