Zotero "not available"

I'm getting the error "JavaScript Error: "TypeError: tabInfo.injections[frameId].reject is not a function

Word says it's not able to communicate w/ Zotero same in Google docs. Zotero is installed and extension is posted on tool bar. What am i doing wrong????
