this error may be the result of corrupted database, which often occurs the synced zoteo folder between different machines. In my case, synced folder in win10, win11 and mac os.

This following is my solution: Fix the corrupted database.

The above solution applies to local database, which syncs between different machines and os.

There's no need to rehash the manual repair instructions. That page explains the basic process, and if people can't transpose those to Windows/Linux, they shouldn't be running them. But also, these days, most people are using syncing, and a much better solution is just to delete the local database and let Zotero recreate the database from the online library. There's absolutely no guarantee that a corrupted database rebuilt via sqlite3 will work properly.

If you mean that you're syncing the folder outside of Zotero, you absolutely cannot do that. The solution here isn't to regularly fix a corrupted database — it's to stop corrupting your database. (It also doesn't make any sense to sync the database externally if you're using Zotero syncing.)
