citation style (nature) could not be found - zotero won't work at all on word

I am having to use zotero on a university computer because my laptop is having software issues. I have got zotero chrome add on, which has been working fine, I have also added the word plug in but get this message when I try any of the functions:
'The citation style http://www.zotero.org/styles/nature could not be found'
So I currently can't upload any references at all and have a thesis due in a week.

You can reset styles from the settings under Advanced. That should help.
