Upgrade StorageProblems of the pdf files saved in Zotero
Our office has a Zotero account: [email address removed — D.S.]
We use this to store the magazine that office subscribes.
I am Admin Assistant and responsible for manaing the account and storage.
I always use the pc version of Zotero to upload the pdf files.
Recently when I open Zotero from website version, I found that most of the pdf files I uploaded cannot be open.
And then I found that the missing pdf files are stored in Local Disk (C:) of my laptop.
This will be a big problem for our office because other colleagues won't be able to read the documents from their devices.
Why are the pdf files not stored in the cloud of Zotero account?
Is it because we are using the free plan?

The account you're posting from has no uploaded data. The one group it's an admin of is owned by another account, and that account is at its free quota. Zotero would be showing a warning about that on every sync from computers where additional files have been added.
