Feature Request: Position Citation Link Targets at Viewport Top instead of Center
Currently, when clicking a citation link in the built-in PDF reader, the target location appears centered in the viewport. I request that the target instead be positioned at the top of the viewport, or alternatively, that a setting be provided to control this positioning behavior.
This is particularly important when navigating citation-dense academic papers. Centering targets within dense REFERENCE blocks makes visual orientation difficult, whereas positioning targets at the viewport top provides immediate context. This top-positioning behavior is the default in most PDF readers (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Chrome PDF viewer), which aligns with user expectations.
