Upgrade StorageIEEE in text citation issue [1], [2], [3] instead of [1-3]
I am having an issue where my citations in IEEE are citing in text like [1], [2], [3]. But I need them to be [1-3]. Apologies if a solution exists somewhere here already, I have tried looking on reddit and the forums but couldn't find a solution that worked.
I can confirm that my citations are all in the same citation 'bubble', and not three separate 'bubbles', which is one solution often mentioned for this problem. I have also tried downloading slightly varying versions of IEEE that are available and also no luck still. Have tried also just changing to a totally different style and back into IEEE but that also didn't help.
