Bibliography: not at the end of the document

Hello!
Can I insert (and manage!) the bibliography not at the end of the document, but before the last chapter?

    because I've few problems: sometimes it seems that I can't update it, sometimes I can update it but I erase part of the last chapter!

    you'll need to make sure that the last chapter isn't part of the bibliography field in Zotero.
    The easiest way to assure that is to start the last chapter and _then_ insert the bibliography between the two last chapters.
    If you show formatting marks you should also be able to see if the chapter is part of the bibliography field or not - how exactly that looks depends on your word processor.
