Upgrade StorageWord crashes when inserting citation – Debug ID: D1349501435
Message:
Hello,
Debug ID: D1349501435
Problem: When I try to insert a citation from Zotero into my Word document, Word immediately closes and shows the following error:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Zotero (version: [your Zotero version]).
Open Microsoft Word (version: [your Word version]) on Windows [your Windows version].
In a blank or existing document, click “Add Citation” from the Zotero tab.
Word instantly crashes and shows the above error message.
Immediately after the crash, I submitted the debug log from Zotero and got the Debug ID above.
Notes:
The same problem occurs in both my main document and a new blank Word document.
Zotero Word plugin is installed and visible.
[Add any other details, e.g., antivirus software, recent updates, whether you reinstalled Zotero/Word].
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?
