Bib not reflecting correct style

I have chosen the style under preferences and the correct style is reflected in text. However, the bibliography is incorrectly formatted and the journal has returned my publication for correction. It looks like I may have to edit them by hand which defeats the purpose of using this program. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am using Vancouver style and Mary Ann Liebert Vancouver. Both are wrong.

Where exactly have you selected the style? In the main Zotero settings or the plugin's Document Preferences window? (You don't select a style in the Zotero settings.)
