Hi. I recently noticed that bibliographic citations for books do not include the place of publication. For example:
Konetzke, Richard, ed. Colección de documentos para la historia de la formación social de Hispanoamérica, 1493–1810. 3 vols. in 6. Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, 1953–1962.
