{Updating} mode
Hi!
I need some help. I have a Google Docs document linked to Zotero. Everything worked fine until my colleague started editing the document. Since then, some citations are stuck showing {Updating}, and now even when I add new citations they get stuck in {Updating} too.
What I’ve tried:
Restarted Zotero and reloaded the Google Doc.
Used Zotero → Refresh.
Deleted a stuck citation and tried re-inserting it via Add/Edit Citation, but the new citation also gets stuck in {Updating}.
Tested placing the cursor inside the citation vs. selecting it completely.
Question:
Is there a way to repair these broken citations or stop the {Updating} loop without rebuilding every citation manually?
What is the most likely cause of the problem, and what’s the recommended solution?
thank you!
