Zotero unusable

Hi,
my paper is due to next week and my Zotero all of sudden stopped working properly:
* I cannot put any citations because a pop window in Word does not appear
* Same for Documents preferences in Word
* Plug-in for Word reinstalled
* I checked my Word file - it has over 100 bibliography entries, it is a long file, however still under 10 MB
* it seems there were some storage quota issues so I bought a biggest storage subscription. It says now I have used all of new storage, whereas previously there was no issue at all. Strange!
* I deleted some entries to free up space but it seems Zotero does not update the local deletions with my profile. There are some errors about sync as the red arrow appears.

I feel helpless as I should have been focusing on writing instead.
Hope you can help with this issue.

No, that's a misunderstanding. See Storage Quota and Local Storage (but this has nothing to do with Word).

Ok, so in this point I am corrected.
I wanted to give you a whole picture so maybe something I have done resulted in my current issues. Until very recently I have not experienced any trouble with Zotero.
Of course, it must have happened now when I am rushing.
