not adding citation

Kia ora, i have been successfully using Zotera and suddenly I cannot upload a citation. Zotera continues to upload new articles, however when i go to add citation in the document it doesn't add the field. There is no error mssg and when I try again it has the reference sitting in the box. I synced and and no error mssgs. Tried again still same issue. Please help :)

This just sounds like you're double-clicking the item row. You only need to click once, so the second click will bring your document to the front and send the citation dialog behind.. You need to actually pressing Enter to insert the citation into the document.

Thanks - I think the document was corrupt. I re-saved the doc and the function has returned. Thanks for your response.
