Translator error on Ebscohost (new EDS interface)

Saving articles from CINAHL on the new Ebscohost interface has had intermittent EDS translator errors since the interface upgrade but now it is happening most of the time. I do often get the item added eventually from metadata, or sometimes as a webpage, but then the Ebscohost session becomes unresponsive and I have to close the tab and start again.

AbeJellinekIt looks like EBSCO is taking a very long time (>15 seconds) to respond to some of the requests Zotero is making for citation information. It's possible that this is a temporary issue on EBSCO's end that will resolve itself soon. If you find a specific item that you can consistently reproduce this issue on, please let us know.
