storage is full after 2 day subscription upgrade

hello, i recently just upgraded my storage to 2GB from 300MB, 2 days ago to be exact. But somehow the system has notified me that my library capacity is full now (it reaches 1,9997MB). Over the past two days, I have added around 10-15 articles at most. I am not sure how to check or flag this, what causes this issue. And if I need to upgrade to 6GB, how will this work out in my case? thank you!
