Customising Turabian (notes-bibliography)

My school's thesis guideline uses the Turabian (notes-bibliography) referencing style, but there are some differences from the style Zotero uses for endnotes. The guideline requires that;
- Numbering is consistent per chapter (the same source retains the same note number regardless of how many times it's cited in that chapter).
- We use initials before the surname (e.g., R. M. Hodgetts).
- Book and journal titles are in bold.
- Italics are used for article, webpage, and chapter titles.

I've attached a screenshot of a sample of the endnotes

Please, I need help with this. I need to effect these changes before my thesis can be approved for compliance. Would have tried to do it manually, but it is a large document and I am scared of messing up the existing citations.
